Accessibility

While the main path includes sand, gravel, and stairs and is not wheelchair, scooter, or stroller accessible, we warmly welcome guests using wheelchairs to enjoy the event from two accessible areas:

The Lakeside Bar & Grill, which offers beautiful views of the lights
The Community Trees display, where guests can view and vote for their favorite tree

No ticket is required to access these two areas - they are free of charge for guests using wheelchairs.

Dog Policy

We're happy to welcome well-behaved, leashed dogs every night Lights on the Lake is open! Please keep the following in mind to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

  • All dogs must remain on a leash at all times
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
  • Dogs are not permitted inside the Lakeside Bar & Grill
  • Lights on the Lake takes place around an active lake - please note that waterfowl and other wildlife are present. If your dog is reactive to birds or crowds, this event may not be the best fit for them

Thank you for helping us keep Lights on the Lake safe, clean, and fun for everyone - two-legged and four-legged alike!

What to Wear

Lights on the Lake is a winter outdoor event, so we recommend dressing warmly and comfortably to enjoy your visit to the fullest.

  • Layers are key - temperatures can drop quickly after sunset, so bring a hat, gloves, and a warm coat
  • Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes - the event path includes sand and gravel, so sturdy footwear is important
  • Consider bringing a blanket or extra layer for kids
  • Light-up accessories, glow sticks, and holiday gear are always welcome
  • Come bundled up and ready for a festive night under the stars.

Event Dates & Times

All tickets are timed-entry to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience for all guests. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your selected timeslot. Gates close 15 minutes after the final timeslot, and the event ends 1 hour after the last timeslot of the evening.
